Gov. Wike appoints Goodluck Jonathan's lookalike commissioner (photo)



Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State last week appointed Dr Austin Tam-George as the new commissioner for Information. Notice the uncanny resemblance between him & ex-president Jonathan?
